Shipping policy

Order Processing: Orders are processed within one business day.

Dispatch Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Automated updates on your order status will also be sent to you.

Delivery Timeframe: Delivery typically takes up to 5-7 working days from dispatch.

COD Charges: COD charges of ₹150 will be collected before dispatching the product via GPAY or other UPI payment methods.

Same Day Delivery (Chennai only): For orders within Chennai, Same Day Delivery is available. Contact us via E-mail at girlhoodsales@gmail.com or through Instagram Direct Message for this service.

Dispatch Time Variability: During high order volumes or festive seasons, dispatch times may vary. We will inform you promptly via email or phone in such cases.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure the address provided at checkout is accurate. Girlhood is unable to issue refunds or exchanges for orders with incorrect address or contact information.

International Shipping: We regret to inform you that we currently do not offer International Shipping services.
