Refund policy

Return & Exchange Terms for Girlhood

To initiate a return or exchange, customers are required to submit a return/exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the products.

Return

  1. Refund Method: Refunds are not provided. Refunds will be issued as a gift card only.
  2. Processing Fee: A return processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the gift card amount.
  3. Response Time: If we do not receive a response to follow-up emails regarding the return within 48 hours, the return request will be CANCELLED.
  4. Incorrect Product Claims: To substantiate a claim regarding the receipt of an incorrect product, the delivery team will need a comprehensive video of the unboxing and unpacking process for verification purposes.

Exchange

  1. Size Exchanges: Exchange option is available for sizes only of the same product (subject to product availability).
  2. Bundle Products: Products purchased as part of our bundles are not eligible for returns. However, you may exchange them for a different size, subject to product availability.
  3. Response Time: If we do not receive a response to follow-up emails regarding the exchange within 48 hours, the exchange request will be CANCELLED.

Non-Refundable or Exchangeable Items

  1. Sale Items: Products purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
  2. COD Charges: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (₹150) are non-refundable.
  3. Response Time: All mails/DMs will be addressed within 24-48 hours (1-2 business days) of being received.

Return Policy in Detail

  1. Girlhood reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our requirements.
  2. If the customer sends incorrect items (e.g., wrong items, incomplete items, etc.), all shipping charges would be borne by the customer.
  3. The product must be in the original shape that was shipped from our production facility. The product must not contain stains, wrinkles, "wear-and-tear," or be visibly used in any way—no odors, pet stains, or stains of any kind, etc.
  4. We reserve the right to dispute this claim if we have any reason to believe that you are exercising this offer for self-gain. If you have repeatedly exercised this offer, we reserve the right to dispute this claim, including banning your IP address and customer information from future orders. We reserve the right to report you to the appropriate authority if we feel you are exercising this for self-gain. We wish to provide you with a guarantee, but we do not want to be taken advantage of.
  5. We do not issue the refund if your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong address).
  6. In the rare case that you receive a faulty product, please contact us via email at girlhoodsales@gmail.com within 24 hours. Include pictures, videos, and clear descriptions of the damage, and our team will get back to you at the earliest. DO NOT remove the hang tags for a damaged product as then the product would be considered faulty by the customer.
